Attracting People not God

      A lot of ministers of the Word of God today lost its focus, to whom they please, preachers most likely preach to please the congregation not speaking in behalf of God or pleasing God. They maintain status qou to Church leaders and their followers but not to God, as long as they can maintain a good attendance, compensation and benefits then that’s it. Most likely these are the kind of preachers that will stay in the church because they have political power and it is threat to the leaders of the church for Church Split, ouch I’ve seen a lot here in the Philippines. When the presence and the power of God lost in the Church, it is a default setting, the church instinct-ly replace it with the power of technologies and hire “dynamic Sunday speakers” to replace the kicked out permanent/residence Pastor/s. However like Abel and Cain, only one Abel that was being murder in the altar of God then all throughout the history of Adams Siblings worship activity the Bible is silent, not until Enoch the nephew of Abel was caught up. It happened once more to Jesus, when Jesus became a threat to the current church leaders “Pharisees, Sadducees, Scribes and etc.” during His time Jesus was murdered the moment he step on the Temple. He became the true Lamb of God that was slain since the foundation of the World Rev. 13:8, John 1:29 and 1 Pet 1:18-19. The High priest and the Jewish officials decided to cancel the celebration of the Passover to give way on trials of Jesus to Pilate and Herod. The priests cancel their duties on checking animals during on very early in the morning because the trial court was in session, which is why Peter was lying before the roaster crows. Jesus did not even find his lawyer and witnesses to depend himself? This typical in our churches today, once the church leaders decided to kick out the pastor, the court is in session anytime they want and accused the pastors of many charges without due process and kick them out. Rivalry in the church position is no difference to our political rivalry in the government officers. What happen in the government offices or in the community happens first in the house of God. We complain that the government is corrupt but we cannot see that we in the church also corrupted our systems of worship and practices especially in the area of leadership.

             When those leaders who dominate the church lost its power and influence or control, there is only one typical response, “kick out the one”. This can be seen in all areas in the Philippines.  May the Lord God be merciful to us, the ways of Gods promotion is servant hood not lordship. If we held a higher position and plan many activities yet no where to be found when the execution of projects and appear only when the reward and recognition is given, this is what God hates. This kind of leaders will cause the church to remove the power and the presence of God, therefore this church does not make sense to the congregation. Even if you hire dynamic speakers and you include the magicians to do magic I will guarantee you there is no real transformation happen in this church. Every church Go assigned ministers this may include angels, pastors workers and gifted and talented people who may work together to fulfil the will of God. May the Lord be with us, if we will have ministers, workers and pastors love them if even they’re unlovable, because of their position but because of the commandment of God, “thou shalt not touch my anointed one and do my prophet no harm. 1 Chronicle 16:22.
