Ramoso This Bill is conflicting to the existing Law called "Abortion Law" Phillipine Constitution article II Sec. 2, deliberately and directly deception to mislead the main intention of this law. Article II, Sec 2 is the law about the protection of the “UNBORN CHILDREN” while the Senate Bill No. 2865 (sec 3: i) is completely and intentionally protecting the ABORTIONIST. The authors of this Bill and “Sen. Pia Cayetano” is a pro-abortion hiding the term the “Humanely” responsibilities. Her bill encourages all women who want to abort their unborn children to do so, because it is the government responsibility to pay their hospitalization. In this Bill, the term “non-judgemental, and compassionate manner” gives shelter and protections to the offender "ABORTIONIST" not to be sued but instead rewarded of free hospitalization.
