Jn 7: 44-53 Let's us be aware that even in ministry there is politics. If you are not aware, in this reflection it will awaken your thought that the battle in the ministry of serving God is not happening outside the church first. The battles happens with in, with the leadership or leadership versus members or sometimes it is from personal or within families are involved in a specific disputes. Compromises of integrity is one's being attack and it's the matter of to whom you will side. Sad to know, it is our nature to side in the "majority wins" rather than what are right things to do. We are bombarded everyday and every time once we are in the leadership for this kind of pressures. It is the matter of time when we give up our integrity but sometimes we gave up because of fear of lossing our heads, position or compensations and benefits.
