RH Bill Is Still Illegal After Dialogged with Religious Leaders By. Ptr. Jesse Amiel A. Ramoso

" Abortionist is rewarded with free hospitalization and financial assistance according to this Bill".

I am convinced that I should support RH Bill, however in understanding the meaning in the provision of this article “ Section: J:  While this Act recognizes that abortion is illegal and punishable by law, the government shall ensure that all women needing care for post-abortion complications shall be treated and counseled in a humane, non-judgmental and compassionate manner;   “for me this encourages ABORTION. Although this bill states the position about abortion that this is an illegal but the following statement says clearly that doing abortion will receive a HOSPITALIZATION AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT from the government. They're justifying the issue of abortion as a "humane responsibility" and no clear cut or outline details of punishment to abortionist. They're just saying "ABORTION is Illegal" and thats it, it is hung over the rainbow about the consequence of the illegality. This is conflict to Article II, Sec 12 ..."protect the unborn and children" and to family code. Where can you hear and see a country that will reward a criminal of free hospitalization and financial support from department of health or from the government? Is this telling us "hey people in the Philippines we are using your money to finance a good health program to criminals because this is humane responsibility". Or where can we see a country that has two opposing law or double standard? This will happen in the Philippines only. What does this implicate us, as a Filipino Citizen? This is foolishness and crazy only crazy people does this and we are not yet! I don't have a problem with our politicians, my problem is my fellow workers in the Lord that sounds politicians who are also behind this, supporting and rallied this bill. I don't like hearing this statement “there is no contraception in the Bible” just to emphasize supporting this Bill?  Don't get me wrong, I am a pro-RH Bill or pro-responsible parenting because in our church we teach this subject not only to parents but also to incoming parents and even children and singles that function as temporary parents to their younger siblings. I am excited about this bill, that this should be implemented soon, because there are many souls “women” in a depressed area around Philippines that will be benefit this bill. However to my understanding, there is only one intention on this Bill, though it is indirect statement; but to understand the whole motive of the bill for me it encourage abortion as legal and this time with a reward of hospitalization and financial aid from the government.

I am expecting from the leaders in the body of Christ to react and make this bill clear, to my prostration they are behind with this bill and laugh the Roman Catholic Priests. This is just my personal opinion of the way I understand this bill, and this is just the conviction of how also I understand Gods will regarding health care toward or against abortion. This will now raise the theological question of what is really the important to preserve, is it the unborn or the wicked/sinners that is deserving death. It is difficult to understand the theological stands of our theologians today that we looked up to, they (I think) support abortion which is God punished the perpetrator by death (Gen 38) and they're against death penalty which is also God pioneered. This is what happened to theologians who franchise theology from the west because they cannot make their theological position that is according to Philippine context.

Let's understand that the death of Jesus Christ on the cross is the result of God's ordinance that those who will disobey His law will be punish by death. However because of God's mercy, God sent His son to die for us that we may not experience death John 3:16. There was somebody died for us instead of us die for our own sin. This statement encourage us to understand that God is serious and it is uncompromising law maker about death penalty. But because of His love, he sent His only begotten son to die for us that we may be save. This privileged is provided with condition that "we will receive and believe in Him" and the consequence of receiving and believing in him is that we will receive a right to become His children. But still the death penalty does not amended because Satan will be punish with his followers. God provided chances for sinners not to experience death. If God made a law about capital death, God also made a law to escape from death and this law is in John 3:16 and the consequence of this Law is found in John 1:12. However, if sinners does not avail this law, like Moses time, the community has a freedom to stone to death to those who are convicted. This almost happened during Jesus time against the woman who was caught in adultery in action, but Jesus challenged them that those who do not have sin will stone her first. This is exciting verse about capital death punishment because Jesus did not react regarding the law instead affirmed the Law, the capital death punishment. Here in the Philippines we are also extreme in reacting capital death the way we react China's government law in order to exempt our fellow Filipino who violate their law and this time we use the Bible as reference? Foolishness! God provided both law, Capital death punishment and Pro-Life it's up to which law we should implement, but we can only chose one.

If the RH Bill becomes a law then this will create a bad picture of intellectual incapacity to understand this bill first to our political leaders, then to the Body of Christ leadership and to Filipino Citizen, then we will be a laughing stock to other Nations. The image of our community reflects to the image of our church and our church’s image is the reflection of how we understand and follow God.

it says women needing care for post abortion complications.
if there are only complications.
1st - it is illegal and totally wrong not only in the sight of man but God as well. I agree here. and is still punishable by law according to the bill. it does not say that the crime will not be spared of punishment. It merely states to help those who need medical attention.
2nd - although the women might have done something wrong, we must not treat them like the pharisees would. we must have compassion if they get ill and teach them the right way that they may not repeat it again. Jesus would not shun away anyone who would come to Him in need, He would counsel them that they may be lead into the right path.
3rd - abortion is illegal and must still be punishable by law, after taking care of the women who got complications, you can put them into justice.
4th - yes it is illegal, but you would not know who did it. lots of women do abortion every year without being found out. To give medical attention would let us know who they are and expose them to the light that we may counsel them.

this is what i think.
Hi MAry thanks for dropping bye, really appreciate your comments; however my reaction to your comments is this; It is dangerous to qoute Pharisees in the Bible because they were the religous officials who used the Law and manipulate it according to their own advantage. In my article I just brought up one sections here, but there are atleast three (3) sections that violates Phil Cons. I'm just wondering I am not a lawyer yet for me it is a basic understanding that the theme or motive of RH BIll is for reducing population growth htrough abortion. To make sound humane and justifyable they used the words "Rights for the couples or family, QUALITY Life" at the expense of life of the innocent. Remember life begins at when the egg and sperm cells meet Philippine constitution 1937, 1987 and Family Code 1937-1987. therefore, even government and DOH and this article RH Bill should be very careful on defining those article, and I think this bill is still unconstitutional. Unless the Family code and defination of Life according to family code and Phil-Cons should be incorporate in this bill and the difination of ANTI-Poverty should not clearly define this bill is illegal. For me ANTI-POVERTY means population explosion and therefore any form of population explosion should be stop, therefore ABORTION has it's passage to be implement?

Please continue to read:

This section violates Family code, and definatiion of "life in 1937, 1987 Phil Constitution". Section 3; G. The State shall promote programs that: (1) enable couples, individuals and women to have the number and spacing of children they desire with due consideration to the health of women and resources available to them; who will determine "health of women"? therefore government, then government has the right to kill babies due to health problem? (2) achieve equitable allocation and utilization of resources; (3) ensure effective partnership among the national government, local government units and the private sector in the design, implementation, coordination, integration, monitoring and evaluation of people-centered programs to enhance quality of life and environmental protection;"what is this for, is this will not violATE PRIVACY"? (4) conduct studies to analyze demographic trends towards sustainable human development and (5) conduct scientific studies to determine safety and efficacy of alternative medicines and methods for reproductive health care development;" i HOPE this is not EMBREO RESEARCH?

This section is Illegal, it violates privacy and against human rights: SEC. 12. Integration of Family Planning and Responsible Parenthood Component in Anti-Poverty Programs

A multi-dimensional approach shall be adopted in the implementation of policies and programs to fight poverty. Towards this end, the DOH shall endeavor to integrate a family planning and responsible parenthood component into all anti-poverty programs of government, with corresponding fund support. ANTI-Poverty means, this is not clearly defined and not included in defination of terms in this article"? The DOH shall provide such programs technical support, including capacity-building and monitoring.
